Reshma Saujani

Reshma Saujani is an Indian-American businesswoman and the founder and CEO of Girls Who Code, a nonprofit organization that aims to close the gender gap in tech by teaching girls to code.

Saujani grew up in New York City and attended the University of Illinois and Harvard Law School. After working in various law firms and government positions, she decided to run for Congress in 2010. Though she lost the election, the experience sparked her passion for empowering girls and women.

In 2012, Saujani founded Girls Who Code with the goal of teaching girls from underrepresented communities........
